This is an exciting opportunity to join Dental Partners; the ‘Best Place to Work’, in The Mews Dental Practice with a full-time equivalent earning potential of circa £180k.

For this role we can build a bespoke contract, comprising of;

• Average private earnings based on current offering, £60k+
• Invisalign potential earnings of £40k
• NHS contract of £55k
• Unique private incentive bonus scheme allowing all of our clinicians to earn up to 60% of private revenue (additional £22k per year OTE)
• Monthly training and CPD plan - with an average value of £1,000 per year
• Optional co-funding agreement for your professional development - average DP contribution per year.
• Flexible surgery space availability - established private list

Situated a 2-minute walk away from Godalming train station, the Mews Dental Clinic is located in the heart of Godalming town.

We have a fantastic opportunity for two dentists to join our predominantly private dental practice due to the retirement of our long-standing current associates. The practice offers a variety of general dentistry, social orthodontics, dental implants, hygienist, and therapist services as well as a growing base of monthly plan patients.

This is an amazing opportunity for you to work with a fantastic team of experienced clinicians and we welcome new skills to complete the repertoire.  You will also have the support of a Treatment Coordinator and a Hygienist/Therapist.

Whilst you’ll be working with an experienced team of practice support staff and clinicians, you will also have full Clinical Freedom, it’ll be your choice when it comes to the equipment, materials, and laboratories whilst our experienced clinical support network will keep you safe, ethical and compliant, resulting in the highest quality treatment and choice for our NHS and private patients.
