This is an exciting opportunity to join Dental Partners; the ‘Best Place to Work’, in the St Johns practice with a full-time equivalent earning potential of circa £139,000

For this role we can build a bespoke contract, comprising of:

• Average private earnings based on current offering, £20k+
• Invisalign potential earnings of £40k
• NHS contract of £29k
• Unique private incentive bonus scheme allowing all of our clinicians to earn up to 60% of private revenue (additional £2000 per year OTE)
• Monthly training and CPD plan - with an average value of £1000 per year
• Optional co-funding agreement for your professional development - average DP contribution £1600
• Optional joining bonus of up to £4k

We have a fantastic opportunity for a General Dentist to join our experienced team at the St Johns Dental Practice in Poundbury, Dorchester on a part time basis.  Ideally you will be looking to work a mix of NHS and private, there is a growing demand for private treatments at our St Johns Dental Practice so we are able to offer genuine opportunities for you to build and develop your private book with us.

With 3 well-equipped, modern, and state of the art surgeries, we offer high-quality private and NHS dentistry for the whole family, from comprehensive hygiene to a wide choice of elective treatments such as dental implants and cosmetic procedures such as smile makeovers, Invisalign, composite bonding, teeth whitening and straightening.
