Dual Site Practice Manager

Location: Oldham, OL8 1NN and OL8 2QL (5 minute commute between the sites)

Full Time - 40 hrs per week

  • Salary: up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Manager to join our practice teams in Oldham.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth day to day running of the dental surgeries in line with company processes
  • Management of an outstanding team of clinical professionals and support staff (self-employed  and employed)
  • Development, retention and recruitment of staff within the practice
  • Rota management
  • Manage P&L of the practices, ensuring commercial decision making to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Take responsibility for and supervise all banking procedures, including deposits, payments and checking bank statements
  • Take responsibility for and supervise NHS activity returns and receipts, checking monthly schedules
  • Stock control and liaising with suppliers

 

 Skills and experience:

  • Previous background in Dentistry desirable, we are also able to consider applicants with prior experience as healthcare managers
  • Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager desirable
  • Strong leadership experience essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills essential
  • Prior experience of being responsible for business performance, working to KPI’s and targets, and managing Profit and Loss essential
  • Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management essential
  • Bring strong level of enthusiasm and motivation to play a key role in growing the practice desirable
